Group Yoga Classes
These classes are ideal for those who are new to yoga as well as the seasoned yogi. Each class encourages an individual experience on the mat so that students get the most benefit out of the practice.

Applying the ancient wisdom of yoga to address modern ailments. These one on one sessions address the particular needs of each client and in some cases can be covered by insurance. Yoga for Kids
These classes build healthy habits early! Using the practice of physical postures with breathing exercises students develop better coordination and concentration, learn how to better manage stress, appreciate their own individuality to increase body image and self-esteem.
